Working Principle
- Pretreatment stage: The collected dead poultry carcasses and large pieces of poultry waste are sent to the Animal carcass shredder for crushing and dehydration, which reduces the volume of waste and facilitates subsequent treatment.
- Sterilization stage: The crushed waste is sent to the high-temperature and high-pressure reaction chamber for High temperature sterilization and Wet rendering (or Dry rendering) treatment, which thoroughly kills pathogenic microorganisms such as avian influenza virus and salmonella in the waste.
- Resource conversion stage: After sterilization, the waste is transferred to the Composting system (or pyrolysis chamber) for aerobic fermentation (or thermal decomposition). Under the action of special microorganisms, organic matter is decomposed into high-quality organic fertilizer; or through rendering technology, it is processed into protein feed raw materials for livestock breeding.
- Emission treatment stage: The waste gas generated during the treatment process is purified through the deodorization and dedusting system, and the waste water is recycled after treatment, realizing zero pollution discharge of the whole process.

The High temperature sterilization stage takes about 2-6 hours, and the subsequent resource conversion stage takes 10-42 hours. The whole processing cycle can be completed within 12-48 hours, and the specific time depends on the type of waste and process selection.
It is necessary to regularly check the wear of the crusher blades, replace the worn blades in time, and lubricate the transmission part every month to ensure the crushing efficiency. A deep maintenance of the crusher is required every six months.
If the Composting system process is adopted, it is necessary to add special fermentation bacteria for each batch of waste to ensure the efficiency of organic matter decomposition; if the Rendering process is adopted, no additional additives are needed except for the necessary sterilants.
