Efficient granulation
Adopting horizontal roller design, the material is naturally formed into balls in the rotation, the particle size is 3-6mm (adjustable), and the uniformity is ≥95%. Hourly production capacity of 5-30 tons, 2-5 times higher than the disk / double roller granulation efficiency, suitable for large-scale production of NPK compound fertilizer.
Strong adaptability
Compatible with organic fertilizers (animal and poultry manure, straw), compound fertilizers (urea + ammonium phosphate) and industrial waste residues with moisture content of 20%-40%. Rubber lining + spiral platen design, handle high fiber (straw), high viscosity (molasses) materials without sticking to the wall.

The cylinder is made of Q235B boiler steel + 8mm butyl rubber lining (acid and alkali resistant pH 3-11), fixed with 316L stainless steel pressure bar, with 50,000 hours of anti-scouring life (only 8,000 hours for ordinary carbon steel). Cleaning holes + vibratory discharge design reduces downtime to clear clogs by 50%.
